The short answer: the speed limiter is locked by firmware/region, not just the app. That’s why you can select higher numbers, but it always jumps back to 31 km/h, the controller is rejecting values above its factory cap.
A few points:
31 km/h is actually the max allowed on your scooter model/firmware.
The app shows higher options, but they don’t apply unless you flash a different firmware (which Aovopro doesn’t provide officially).
Workarounds (custom firmware or unlocking tools) do exist for some models, but they void warranty and carry risks (unstable braking, overheating, legal issues depending on your country).
