I bought a 60v 33ah Chinese dual motor scooter and was told it needed a charger. I bought a charger but the battery would not charge. I tested the battery with a multimeter and it reads 136 mV so I am assuming something inside the battery has been tripped. Is it possible that I can send the battery somewhere to get it repaired or should I replace it? The only exact replacement I can find is on a Chinese parts website and it cost over $1000. I would not like to spend this much. Are there any alternative batteries I could buy that would work? The battery is a 60v 33ah 21700 16s7p. Thank you.
