About the NFC question:
– Most Samsung phones can read NFC, but not all support full NFC card/tag emulation, which is what you’d need to replace the black VSett key.
– You can try an app like NFC Tools (on Play Store) to scan your scooter’s NFC tag. If it lets you copy the UID and write it to a blank NFC sticker, you can then stick that to your phone case or wallet.
– Directly emulating the tag from your phone’s NFC chip doesn’t usually work unless your phone supports “host card emulation,” which is rare outside of banking apps.
Easiest workaround → copy the VSett key to a slim NFC sticker and keep that on the back of your phone case. Works the same, and you’ll never forget your key.
Small heads-up: keep your original NFC key safe. If something goes wrong, you’ll need it to re-pair or reset the scooter.
