Hello im after some advice please as im new to all this scooter stuff lol so i have a Ninebot es1 Which is showing error 21 on display, ive checked all connections to battery and all seem fine, battery flashing blue, Multimeter shows battery is putting out 39volts,there is no bluetoot coming up on display so can’t connect to it, tried hard reset still same
So my question is what’s the issue ?
Would it be the control drive or bus that needs changing
That fact it’s throwing 39volts instead of 36v is making me think bms but then why don’t I have Bluetooth ?
Also the the speed control it plugged into battery and display (scooter) turned on the two lights on the mother board one is a solid red and the other is a flashing green if I remember rightly, does this mean anything ??
