I purchased a 48v 1000w Brushed electric scooter with a broken 6 wire throttle.
Red black & white for throttle
Green for battery indicator
Brown & Yellow for turbo switch.
I have a spare 3 wire throttle that I have connected to corresponding wires coming from controller, I salvaged the old battery indicator connected the green wire to its positive terminal & ran a extra length of wire from the black earth throttle wire to negative terminal on indicator which seems to be working but I have no acceleration when I twist throttle. I’ve connected the Brown & yellow turbo wires & tried the throttle but still no acceleration. I’ve added a pic for visual reference to where my wiring is at now in hope someone can tell me where I’m going wrong & why it won’t accelerate.
